The Olive Estate Tearooms
The perfect spot to escape to at a weekend. Beautiful and peaceful with the most delicious freshly made selection of food.I got the afternoon tea - Pot of tea, Sandwich, Exceptional Carrot Cake and a beautiful warm scone with cream and Jam ($25). Then also ordered a bowl of the soup of the day - Creamy Pumpkin Soup, which was super tasty. The customer service here was exceptional, the young girl was so friendly and had impeccable manners it really was a lovely visit. I cannot recommend it enough.

Absolutely lovely atmosphere here. Lovely cottage style tea rooms surrounded by fresh air, feel relaxed and refreshed. The owner was nice and friendly. Will visit again!

Great atmosphere, and delicious eclaires! I like the fact that they were not too sweet, thus not hiding anything. Lovely place, friendly staff. Will be back for sure :)

Disappointing. Small portions for what you pay for. Everything was tiny. We left hungry. The scones are the smallest we've ever had. It seemed like the pastry cases were shop bought. Everything was basic, including the tiny 3 sandwich halves. The tea selection was good. Having had many high teas around Perth, this was one of the worst, which is a shame because the wait staff were amazing as was the general ambience of the place. The rooms could do with a lick of paint and decluttering and it was smelly.

Great food, good prices, pleasant atmosphere. An excellent venue for family functions or a quiet dinner with friends. Highly recommended. They have a full service bar with a good selection of wines, beers and spirits. The service is prompt, friendly and professional. Well located so street parking close by is usually available.

Lavender Cottage Tearooms
Great coffee and really nice apricot muffin. My friend enjoyed her savoury muffin served with butter and pickles. Gets noisy in the little rooms if other people are in there. Service could be more welcoming and friendly.

Very busy and popular. Small cute cafe, with friendly staff. The chilli tofu bowl was absolutely delicious. 10/10 would recommend.

This place is so quaint and wonderful, one of the nicest cafes around and the food is amazing. So flavourful and full of love. The service is brilliant and the staff so kindhearted and talented in the kitchen. I love coming here and I’ll continue to come because they serve wonderful food. So much love to the ladies here, they’re beautiful inside and out

Lovely tea house on the countryside! Scones were delicious & staff were friendly too. It gets pretty busy with a lot of tourists so try to avoid coming on weekends or public holidays
